"What a great place!! Beautiful house, gardens, and pool. Modern, spotlessly clean, excellent kitchen, great HVAC, amazing views. Valentina is an excellent host, very attentive, great communicator, very responsive. Bol is a wonderful town, small, quiet, quaint, easy walk to Zlatni Rat, perhaps the best beach in Croatia. Strongly recommend, stay here if you can! "

"The only negative about this property is that we were only staying for one night! We loved the cute space with separate bedroom and the balcony which was ideally south facing with a gorgeous sea view. Marko who manages the rental was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Having the option for baggage storage before and after check-in was also a great help to us "

"A lovely apartment - clean and tidy. Very short walk to the harbour and beach."

"It was a nice stay at Villa Vallum. The place was clean and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwashing machine that helped us save money on food instead of dining outside. It was a very easy check in and they have a private parking lot couple of meters up from the building. However, There are no elevators so in case you have big luggage, be prepared. "We loved this apartment and were sorry to leave. It was so easy to get to - less than 10 mins from the catamaran and 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bol. Communication from Jacquie and Martyn was great and check in with Goran was so easy. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed.The pool and patio were blissful - we spent most mornings there before heading out to one of the local beaches for the afternoon. Bol is wonderful, full of great restaurants, fabulous beaches and lots...

"The apartment was clean and new. We liked how we could walk to Zlatni Rat beach and the town. We loved the specious and private balcony. Two things we didn’t like, the bedroom didn’t have AC, and the shower pan was draining very slowly. There was only one AC wall unit in the kitchen. "

"The Villa is super well located one street north of the main pathway (to beaches and commerce), but the short distance makes it very quiet. Our room had a great view of the sea. Dorian (the young man who checked us in) was very nice and informative. The pool is great, clean and lots of lounge chairs available. The pool is also big enough that more than one family can swim at a time without feeling too crowded. Breakfast was great and lots of choice. All staff are very friendly. "

Straight out of Momma Mia

"This is an excellent place to stay in Bol, on a quiet side street in the historic area, a short walk to the waterfront restaurants and shops. There are a few sterile modern “resort” hotels in Bol, but staying with Ivana and Ivan in part of their stone family home is far superior. Our rooms were up steps and included a full kitchen, private covered patio, and garden. Bol is a delightful mix of local activity (fishing, wine and olive oil making, historic sites, small grocery stores, friends meeting for coffee) and tourist services (restaurants, shops, tour boats). The active waterfront serves the small boats of local residents, classy yachts, and small tour boats. There are several excellent gravel beaches on the crystal clear Adriatic within walking distance. With a car, there are numerous picturesque villages worth spending a few days exploring on the mountainous island of Brac. This was our second visit to Croatia and Bol is our favorite. "

"This hotel is amazing and I thoroughly recommend staying here. The rooftop pool area is stunning and the hot tub is very handy if it gets a bit cooler in the evening. Comfortable, Clean and gGreat Location

"Rooms clean and comfortable. Get a balcony room if you can. Location is perfect close to the beach and the town. Short walk to both. Breakfast is included and good selection. Dinner is ok but would suggest eating out locally instead. Spa is nice and massage was good, although treatment not exactly as described on the menu. If WiFi is important to you. This hotel has it down to an art. It seamlessly keeps you connected throughout the property. Pool area clean and towels available (Sept) "
