We needed to travel to Boise to bring our daughter to Boise State University. Due to Covid-19, we wanted a house with a kitchen and since we had 2 carloads of gear, off road parking.
Laurel House is barely a 10 minute drive from BSU, easy access to grocery and take out. The contract from Frost Management is a bit off-putting and unwelcoming and made it sound like there wouldn’t be much in amenities. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was well stocked with just about everything you could need. It looks like a little house but it seems spacious inside. The downstairs is like a whole separate apartment with a small extra kitchen, bathroom, wraparound couch and large tv. We didn’t even use that space.
The controls for them tv upstairs was a bit confusing to figure out - make sure to put it on the correct setting to use.
The kitchen is great, the beds comfortable, road and plane noise if you open the window but super quiet with the windows shut. Nice quiet backyard with a grill and table. Unfortunately the wildfire smoke kept us inside a lot of the time.
Laurel house is comfortable and charming. It’ll remain on our list for future visits to the Boise area.
