"This property is whimsical. It is old, full of character and interesting items, and beds of every sort. The laundry facilities are wonderful, the kitchen, while one of a kind could use a few new pots and such. We enjoyed our time there, it was very relaxing! "We rented this home for an out of state baseball tournament. The home was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with a wide variety of appliances. Small coffee maker, so if you are like us, be prepared to make several pots. No complaints. The host is very responsive and a really nice person. Downtown Greer is within walking distance."

"The house was so gorgeous!! It had everything you could want for a private stay in!! We enjoyed our time and had lots of laughs by the pool!! The beds were comfortable, plenty of beach towels! Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes for cooking in. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower were amazing! I would love to stay again!"

We were in the area for family wedding and some family arrived on a red eye flight Manager let us have the house before the 4:00 check in time which was so helpful. "This home is so unique and has tons of charm. It’s easy to find and is a short drive to Greenville, Lake Lure & Asheville which allowed us to do all kinds of activities on our trip. The home is well appointed for everything we needed. Beds were comfy too which is a bonus! The owner, Ian, was so kind and even invited our kids to help feed the baby goats on property! "We were in town as a group of women to attend an event and wanted a property where we could all stay together and feel safe. This property was excellent! Everyone was able to have their own bed, we had space to cook, eat together and have fun in between events. There was plenty of parking room for cars and it was clean and well supplied with towels. We needed a few more rolls of toilet tissue but were ok. Some newer pots/pans would've been nice but the coffee bar was well supplied."

"This little place was perfect for the three of us. The bungalow is not fancy but it is very clean and a very efficient use of the space. There were some very minor noise issues but all the little thoughtful extras (ear plugs, toiletries, snacks) more than made up for. When we were there it was hot as heck but the AC was wonderful!"

"We were visiting to visit our daughter while she worked the summer for the Forest City Owls and this home was only 15-20 minutes from the stadium and downtown Forest City. The home itself was cute and clean. There was only one shower in the Primary Bedroom so the 5 of us just had to be respectful of times in the shower but it was super clean. The owner was polite and great. We had a small snafu with the 2nd-floor central air but he had somebody over within the hour and the microwave was having...

"My only small issues were a lack of bathroom downstairs and how long of a commute it was to get to any stores. Otherwise GREAT communication and experience overall. I would book this property again."
