My flight to turkey was cancelled and I informed the property of this issue with over 1 weeks notice before my reservation. They refused to provide any sort of compensation and kept the funds basically not caring at all about my circumstances. Absolute greed and atrocious behaviour.
There was a lot of options available such as being provided credit for a future stay, but again, nothing was given. I only received an answer basically saying “too bad, so sad”.
I hope this hotel learns proper customer service and actually acknowledges that things happen, and people can use the thousands of dollars they took for providing zero service.
