「Was a great house and stay. We unfortunately had bad weather while we were in Gatlinburg so we used the house and activities quite a bit. The pool was fantastic and the hot tub (while small) was perfect to relax in. We played a lot of pool upstairs and even found a covered pickleball court underneath the driveway. Highly recommend! 」

「Love the location and the hot tub on the deck was amazing!!!!」

「We had a great stay. Kelley was communicative about the details and responded to questions in a timely manner. Location was convenient to downtown Black Mountain. The only issue is the lack of cell phone service, which not a fault of the property, just stating so others are aware. You have to use WiFi calling. I recommend this property for your next visit to the Black Mountain area.」

「We have taken the opportunity to bring our families together in the past. This year we settled on Black Mountain area. Easily the most relaxing thus far. The Chalet was clean and well stocked. Kelley was extremely helpful and responsive. Sonya was awesome to work with as well.」

「This rental was wonderful! A group of 20 of us, ranging in family ages 2years old and 60 had a great time! We had everything we needed, enjoyed every bit of the property and were perfectly content when we were snowed in! Plenty of fire wood, games, sleds to use, etc. this is an older property, so if someone is picky about updates, the bathrooms have not been updated in quite sometime and are smaller. But it was perfect for our family!」

「Very Clean rental with amazing views from atop the mountainside. Property appeared to have more yard space for kids to play but has no safe areas where children can play outside without fear of easily falling. There is a beautiful screen porch area with a big screen TV and seating attached to the open deck. 」

「This house was absolutely perfect for our large family. Plenty of bedrooms so we all had our own spaces. The two large living areas worked out so well for playing games, eating, cooking, and just visiting. There were a couple of small maintenance issues during our stay but the property managers were extremely responsive and everything was resolved immediately. We all loved it! Would definitely rent again.」
