「Very beautiful and nice comfy property. I would give 5 stars except the parking isn't great, they only have 5 handicap parking spots for a big hotel...most of the close parking of course is valet you pay for. Need more handicap parking and move valet over the hill. Also late checkout is $25 an hour 」

「タイムシェアの営業プレゼーテーションはほぼ強制的に聞かされるが、これは余計だった。それ以外は施設も清潔で、快適に過ごせる。ロケーションは悪くないが、国立公園側に行く際は必ずガトリンバーグの街中を通り、渋滞に巻き込まれる。ピジョンフォージ側からホテル敷地に入る際、道を渡るが、信号が無く、入りづらい。」

「The only thing wrong was the stuff in the vending machine and food areas was outdated we got. 」

「BE AWARE that the hotel may charge you twice for resort fees. I had to speak to multiple staff members at the front desk to explain the overcharges. I had itemized receipts and still left without a refund. I called after 7-10 business days and apparently they refunded it to an unknown card. It sure wasn’t mine. The front desk also mixed my room with another guests room and the wrist bands for entry were wrong. It was frustrating.」

「Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. 」
