Private guest suite in our downstairs apartment that has been newly renovated for your comfort. Private deck with hot tub and seating areas for your exclusive use. Located just a three minute drive to downtown Black Mountain and a 15-20 minute drive to Asheville. This studio features a kitchenette with butcher block counters, sink and live edge shelving. There is a bar area with seating. The living room area has comfy chairs and is near the king sized bed. Private bathroom with shower and changing area. Bring your flip flops and robe for the hot tub!

We had an amazing stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to downtown Black Mountain and a short drive to the Biltmore House.Denise was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and great recommendations for local spots to visit. Just wanted to get away and the hot tub. No pressure to do anything. Enjoy the mountains and not have to drive far. Enjoyed the nice selection of tv apps, like netflix and amazon. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. We would definitely recommend.

We stayed here while visiting Asheville and the Biltmore estate. Both were an easy 20 minute drive. Denise was great with communication and greeted us upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again! (Loved the private hot tub)

Denise and fam were awesome! She communicated day we initially booked and consistently continued that trend. The place was as advertised. We had amazing accommodations and yummy pumpkin bread. We really loved staying here. From the beginning of the experience Denise was clear with instructions and open to answer everything almost inmeditely. The place is located 5 minutes away from Downtown and 15 minutes from Asheville. We had an amazing time in Black Mountains and we fell in love with the house, the mountains and the experience. Beautiful and so peaceful…
Our stay was fantastic. I booked the weekend for us to visit our favorite town of Black Mtn and to enjoy the Sourwood Honey Festival and to relax. The VRBO was in an excellent location to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. We did not use the hot tub but it was nice to have it as an option. Our hostess was friendly and accommodating and an excellent communicator. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Secure and semi- private. Great for our needs. We utilized the toaster and microwave to make our eggs, broil our onions, mushrooms, and make toast. Very close to downtown Black Mountain. There was construction at house next to property from 11 am to 4 PMish. Owners were very nice and provided privacy as much as possible.
