It even smelled so clean and welcoming when we walked in and there were vacuuming lines on the carpets...

"This was our third time staying here since January of this year to attend volleyball tournaments at Spooky Nook. It was exactly what we needed. Three athletes and the moms. Much better than staying in a hotel. Space to spread out, a full kitchen to prepare meals to have instead of eating out the whole weekend, definitely more economical to split with three families than individually each staying at hotels for multiple nights. Host was easy to get a hold of and very responsive."

We had room for the 5 children to roam on the playground or in the playroom with the pool table and/or adult time too in the private hot tub setting and/or building a nice fire in the firepit. "We decided to rent this place as a surprise get away for husbands bday, house nicely restored, wood fllors charming but they do creek and in some places are missing, bed comfy, kitchen well appointed, towels soft, couch is ok, TV’s are good, easy door access. Hosts fast responders. We were initially intimidated by the neighborhood, worried about car safety was reassured by hosts it is safe. Opted to use close by parking garage which was convenient. "My family and i came in from out of town to see a priduction at Sight & Sound and we chose Avid Hotel in Lancaster.
