「Amazing. Right from the start the staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. Food was delicious - we ate at the hotel for dinner - having the 'pigs' in blanket sharing starter and then both steak pies. Next morning - breakfast was great - although there was no 'bacon' for us - the server compensated by offering us additional sausages - so it wasn't too much of a disappointment. 」

「We stayed here as a couple but also as part of a larger family group, including my niece and nephew (12 and 8 respectively). Our room was the Illingworth room. It was huge, facing out across the road to the lovely old church. Road noise was minimal and the bed extremely comfy with good pillows which were not too soft, perfect for us. We slept well. 「イギリス滞在11日間のうち、最初の2泊で利用しました。ヒースローから鉄道・バスを使ってのハワースへの移動はなかなかの長距離でしたが、バス停からすぐのロケーションで、スムーズに到着できました。 もちろん建物は古いですが趣があり、丁寧に手入れされて清潔で、不自由は感じませんでした。階段は狭く急なので、大きな荷物を持っているなら不便かもしれません。 朝食の選択肢も多くて、選ぶのを楽しめましたし、ボリューム十分で美味しかったと思います。 オーナーやスタッフの方々も気持ち良く対応して頂けました。 周辺エリアは…ハワースは小さな所で、どうしても不便だと思います。 ハワース滞在やフットパス散策などが目的なら最適な宿だとおすすめします。」

「Was promised a room with sauna and tv with the jacuzzi and there was no tv and no sauna shower gel and shampoo was empty tried to call the number I was provided with to let them know there is no tv where the jacuzzi is and also no sauna didn’t answer and gave deposit which I was ment to get back the next day but I had to keep messaging they kept saying next day then a couple of days and also tried to cut £10 off saying I checked out late which isn’t true I definitely don’t recommend to anyone...
