「Description of house is accurate. It had everything we could possibly need or want. It is definitely remote but those stars you could see so vividly. Bob is informative and really nice by messenger. Owners were not present during our stay but regardless it wouldn’t have been an issue for me. Glad we pre-bought our snacks/drinks because there are no grocery stores or gas station near by. 「Perfect location and wonderful facilities. It was perfect for our group (me, my daughter and niece). The location itself had everything we need, esp with the cantina storage and kitchen situation. We loved the fire pit outside our room and the views were amazing. Star gazing each night was magnificent. The only negative comment is the water pressure in the shower - after a long day of hiking and dust the barely there shower was less than satisfying. Will definitely stay again!!」

「Had a wonderful stay at Lorna's cabin . Very clean, with comfortable bed. Can walk to restaurants, but very well equipment kitchen if you are wanting to fix meals. Also, very nice to have a connected bathroom, as a lot of the rentals around this one have detached baths. We'll stay again when down visiting, as the entrance to the NP and state park are within 10 to 20 minutes drive or less. 」

「It is everything I read in previous reviews and more. Ross was the most amazing host. We saw deer, chipmunks, jackrabbits and a coyote at the property. We climbed the local mountain out back every morning and drank in the sunset every evening. High-clearance vehicle is a must to get up the trail to the cabin but easily manageable in our front-wheel drive SUV. I don't want to spoil any more. If you are going to spend some time in and around Big Bend and don't want to slum it out in Terlingua...
