Location, location, location!

Twin Peaks Retreat is a serene, quaint, newly remodeled cabin in the heart of lower Moonridge area of Big Bear Lake. With amazing bright natural light and windows galore, catch amazing views of BOTH Bear Mountain and Snow Summit ski resorts simultaneously. Drawing its color palette from the natural surroundings the home's interior is professionally decorated. With all the amenities needed for a quiet, relaxing time, Twin Peaks Retreat is perfect for a couples or family getaway. Walk to the zoo and to local coffee and donut shops. The free shuttle for the ski resorts is a short 5-7 minute walk away.

The home has two bedrooms and 1 bath. The is 1 Cal King Bed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa, 2 twin beds and 2 twin floor matresses. Well stocked with games, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, french press, and Ninja crockpot. Smart TV allows you to watch shows from your favorite streaming accounts. Strong WiFi makes this a perfect place to work remotely and this scenic setting is great to stoke your creativity! The home's exterior has asphalt/paved level dedicated parking, stone steps and a large backyard. (Caveat: the yard is not fully fenced and walkways are very slippery when icy).

We had a great time here! Nancy was such a great communicator and helped us on a bit of a problem getting up to Big Bear. The place is walkable to the zoo and coffee shops which was great. There’s also a near easy walk that my dog loved.

The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to places and not far at all from lake and grocery store. Quiet neighborhood. Check in was easy enough and friendly. Will probably stay again.

It was fun to be at Big Bear. Thanks for the hospitality. The communication was good. Our host checked in with us. Some of my concerns were not addressed, but I am not picky at all. You might want to bring your shampoos/conditioners.

Pretty good!
Simple and clean, short drive to the slopes. Only small things I would improve are the heaters in the rooms. They kick on with individual thermostats and are quite loud. Even when we set the dial to ‘off’, they would kick on occasionally. Also, would love more lighting and a bit more space in the bathroom to put things. Nancy was great. Very responsive. Would stay again.

Quiet getaway
Nancy was great and made the check in very smooth. Property was overall in good shape. Bed was comfortable. The only couple issues was a worn out carpet runner in the hallway that should be replaced and the wall heaters were quite noisy when trying to watch tv or sleep. Everything else was very good. Would definitely stay again, but maybe not in the winter with the heater issue.

Great Place to Stay
Such a lovely and cozy place! We loved the decor, and it had almost everything we needed. Check-in was easy with Nancy, who was very kind, helpful, and responsive. Plus, the location was great: close to the ski resorts, hiking trails, and markets. My kids didn’t want to leave! Would definitely come back.

Nice getaway!
I wanted some time to myself in amongst God's beautiful creation and i found it in Big Bear! The cabin was clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient to lots of places. Nancy was very helpful and pleasant!

Lovely get-away!
Very cute and well equiped! A bottle of wine was waiting for us. There is a comfy king size bed with a fluffy comforter! Bright, airy, and at a very central yet quiet location. Would recommend!

Cozy and perfect!
We were in Big Bear for a wedding and this was the most perfect little cabin for my husband and me + our two dogs. Newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. Something about this little cabin is just peaceful. If we come back, we would stay here again.

Cute place and great location
My husband, myself and dogs came for a short trip away from home to mountain bike at Snow Summit. We loved the location of the house and the Moonridge community. Away from bustle of ‘downtown’ but still close. Moonridge had a few stores, food, coffee and donuts a short walk from the house. Perfect short ride to the mountain. So no loading and unloading bikes. The house was perfect; cozy, comfortable, well stocked, even very comfy bed and bedding in master. Only drawback was the yard was not fenced. It would have been nice to let the dogs out for a quick potty break.

Relaxing weekend getaway
Went for a weekend "retreat" with a friend. Smooth check in with manager. Enjoyed the cabin's decor. Would definitely come again.
