「I love Grotto Bay beach resort. I've stayed there in the past and I will return at some point in the future. There was an issue that occurred which is why I gave four stars instead of five. We stayed here the weekend of 2/21/25- 2/24/25. It was a little bit colder than usual so we switched from A/C to heat. Not only did the heat not work but the fire alarm went off and we smelled smoke. 「値段の割によいホテルだったと思います。私はオーシャンビューに仕事で宿泊しましたが、無線LAN、有線LANの二種あり、照明が少し暗いこととシャワーの水の勢いが少ないことを除けば、その他の設備は十分、空調の温度設定は自由に変えられ、冷蔵庫あり、コーヒーメーカーあり、ドライヤーあり、ケーブルTVあり、１階でしたが虫の侵入被害もなく、庭もよく手入れされていました。但し、レストランはあるものの、従業員が少なく対応が遅く、夜は9時にしまるので、ホテル周辺にレストランがないことを考慮すると、少しサービスが足りないとかんじました。また、ホテルに土産屋がないので、あるとよいと思いました。それ以上にくつろげましたので、今度はプライベートで訪問したいです。」

「The Newstead was perfect for our family of four. We stayes in a two bedroom condo with beautiful water views. The staff were very friendly and super helpful with recommendations and they happily accomodated our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property. We took advantage of the golf course and spa. The only downside was that the pool was under construction and not usable, but we had access to a newrby property with a pool and beach access. 」

「HIGHLY recommend the meal plan to save 100's of dollars! This is a family-run business and it really shows in the service and courtesy of everyone working here. Even the brothers that own the resort are very accessible and it was a real treat to have free shuttle rides offered to some local amenities. Spacious rooms, beautiful beach and facilities and delicious cuisine!」

「It locates a but far from Hamilton but just next to Ferry station. All room have own balcony so you can enjoy very quiet Hamilton harbour. Please note that this hotel does not have any inner restaurant or bar, so you need to spend your dinner or lunch at other places. Of course, over all, this is very beautiful, and clean and relaxing place to enjoy your weekend. I would like to visit again.」

「Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. Not many hotels have original Picasso, Banksy and Worhal works in the lobby and the art tour doesn't end there」

「This hotel was excelent. The room was modern and gorgeous. Complimentary wine tasted very nice. I syated here in December, so there were a few guests that also attributed to nice and calm atmosphere. If I had another opportunity to visit Bermuda again, I will definitely stay this hotel again.」

「全体的には満足出来たが、C/Oの時手違いがあった。即ちＣ／Ｏの前々日からＣ／Ｏの日はウエイクアップコールは５．００ａ．ｍ．，タクシーは６．００ａ．ｍ．、朝食ボックスはＣ／Ｏの時受け取ると依頼してあった。当日、ウエイクアップコールは鳴り、Ｃ／Ｏすべく５．３０頃下りて行ったがフロントは鍵が閉まり人はいない。入口に電話機があったので呼んだら、スタッフが来てくれた。それでＣ／Ｏし、レシートを貰ったのだが、スタッフ曰く私に前夜にＣ／Ｏするよう話したと言う。私は前日は午後遅く街歩きから帰り、行く前に借りた傘を返しただけで、その時に何も依頼されたことはなく、それ以降もフロントに行ったこともない。行き違いがなければほぼ完璧だっただけに残念である。タクシーは６．００に来てその点は問題なかった。」

「Seven Arches is located in a quiet area in Central Bermuda. It's near a bus line. We found the buses were excellent and we had no trouble getting around. It's also located near Bermuda's main bike path. The place was clean and comfortable. Our room had a small kitchen with everything we needed for simple meals. The staff responded to emailed questions quickly and were very helpful. The nearest beach is about a half an hour walk through quiet streets. Walking can be tough since there are...
