Games, puzzles, 2 TVs with cable, a fully stocked kitchen , downstairs tub & shower, plus claw foot soaker tub upstairs, gives you 1900+ sq ft to play, eat & relax.

The entire house: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (1900+ sq ft) is yours to enjoy. Full kitchen, living room & dining room, plus dedicated office upstairs, and quiet sitting room downstairs. House has 4 private parking spaces, and covered front porch to sit & watch the world pass by.

I am always available via phone or text and I have a housekeeping, and maintenance staff on hand as well.

Right in the HEART of Berkeley Springs. Less then a block from Country Inn, and Dexter's Laburgatory, you can walk to the Fairfax Coffee House, Star Theater, Berkeley Springs State Park and Spa, Lighthouse Latte, Charlotte's Cafe, Mi Ranchero, The Naked Olive, and The Ice House (performing arts center).
Also public library, vegetarian cafe, antique mall, farmer's market and organic groceries within 2 blocks.

Park your car in one of the home's 4 parking spaces and then walk to everything. Berkeley Springs doesn't have public transportation or ride sharing, but some restaurants deliver. You are literally within 1-2 blocks of everything.

There is a u shaped entry/exit driveway so although you’re on a main street, getting in and out is easy.
Downtown parking is metered, so it’s most convenient to leave your car in the driveway, and walk to everything. Berkeley Springs’ streets are quiet and safe.
