This house was nicer than expected. It has multiple levels allowing for lots of space for all of us to spread out. The furnishings are a mix of mid century, antique and new items, blended together in a pleasing way. Even the books are interesting. A favorite spot was the screened in porch which is lined with colorful tealights; a fun place to sit in the evening and listen to the Whippoorwill calling at night.
It's a short drive into town, which is cute and has everything you need. However they aren't kidding about poor internet connections in the area: one day we had to pay cash at the grocery store because the store had no internet connection. So bring some cash!
I would stay there again.
