Good stay
Clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Quite a distance from UARK but due to Parent’s Weekend, all accommodations near university was full therefore having to rent in Bentonville. Nice home but not user friendly layout floor plan. We traveled with two small pets and there wasn’t a door to the side yards. You had to completely get out of the garage to access the side yard. Additionally there was a lot of instructions from the owner regarding house rules, some common sense however some quite petty especially with $225 host fee, $89 property damage protection and $61 service fee more than makes up what they expected us to do. Overall we enjoyed our stay. By the way the master bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic house, one of the nicest we've stayed in. Great side yard for the dog. (Could use a light out there) but overall fantastic and exactly what we needed.

Home Away From Home
My family and I stayed at this lovely home while in the area for my niece’s wedding. The home is beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone in our group. Nice fenced in yard for my daughter’s doggies. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this VBRO. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It has a kitchen with everything you need. We found the house to be quiet and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay at this house again when we’re in the area.

Nice house just outside of downtown
The house was very clean, and exactly as described. We liked that it was close to where we needed to be attending a wedding at the Glass Chapel and all the festivities in Bentonville. Hadyn was very thorough and accommodating as we needed to change our check in date. The house served us well and he provides a steamer which i desperately needed.

Long weekend
Host was great- super fast responses. Very helpful. Nice open concept - good for multiple couples. It could use more kitchen supplies - so if you’re planning on fully utilizing the kitchen you may want to bring some from home. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!!!

Lovely Home
Lovely home across from a small park. We did not spend much time at the house except to shower and sleep. Great accommodations for that. If you bring a dog know that you have to put them on a leash to then enter the side yard. You can’t open a door and let the dogs out into the yard. The neighborhood was nice to walk in and felt very safe.

The house was the perfect size and location for a visit to spend the weekend with my daughter. Haydn is the perfect host…accessible at anytime and very accommodating. The house was clean and orderly, as advertised. I would definitely book again for my next opportunity.

Great Stay Close to our New Home
We were needing a place to stay while we were moving. The house was a perfect getaway from moving boxes and turmoil. The property owner was very accommodating when we needed an extension. I highly recommend this house and renter.

A wonderful home to stay in while repairs were being made to our own home. During a stressful time, this home was peaceful and inviting. The hosts were proactive in communicating and very friendly. I highly recommend this property.
