I stayed at the motel for one night, but it was a very unpleasant experience. During our stay, my son and I were unable to take showers because no water came out in the bathroom.
That night, I reported the issue to the front desk. The staff member responded, “There’s nothing I can do about the problem. The manager will be available at 8:00 AM tomorrow. You can speak with her then.”
The next morning, I spoke to the manager about the situation. She said, “The maintenance person will come and check it out.” However, no one ever came.
When I went back to the manager to check out, I mentioned the water issue again. Her response was dismissive: “There’s nothing I can do. You’re all set to go. If you have any issues, contact Expedia.”
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had during my travels. The manager showed no responsibility for the issue.
As a result, my son, who couldn’t shower, kept scratching his dry skin throughout the night, which worsened the condition. I now have to take him to a doctor because his skin is bruised.
