Location at the Gran Via is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, Puerta del Sol, Playa Mayor and other attractions and public transport options. The windows were sound proof so no issues with noise at night.
The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the instructions on how to use the metro and get to the airport when the roads were blocked for a marathon.
One of the highlights is that we arrived in an early red-eye flight and as they had a room available, they let check in earlier than the usual time. We so much appreciate it and it made a great difference.
The server at breakfast was so nice and made us start our day with a smile.
This will be the place I would return when I am back in Madrid!
Beautiful and lively city! People were friendly, the food was amazing and so many places worth visiting. Would love to come back.
