「タバコと埃の強い匂いが部屋からして、一泊しかしていないのに、部屋で開けた鞄の中までその匂いがチェックアウト後もしていた。また、部屋はとっても古くメンテナンスもされておらず、写真とは全くの別の部屋だった。」

「The internet was down at the property, and after waiting for 1.5 hours, I asked that they refund my money. To date, that has not happened, I never was able to checkin and had to find another hotel for the night.」

「overall the room was nice and fitted our needs. the downside was that upon arrival i noticed the trash in the washroom was not cleaned out and the duvet cover was stained with a white substance. since it was late when i arrived i had to sleep in a bed with dirty sheets and no duvet. they were quick to respond and attempt to fix this. however the cleaner only dropped off a plastic bad of bedding. no duvet cover and the trash was not cleaned out. eventually after lots of back and first with...
