The Ubuntu is perfect for hosting large groups or families. Spacious and inviting with an open concept kitchen with plenty of seating, two living areas, a game room, and a wet bar! The game room has a pool table and a projector screen making it the perfect space for indoor entertainment.
Step outside and enjoy a nice meal on the screened porch with a dining area and beautiful lake views. Or maybe you would like to lounge around and relax in the hot tub or one of the many outdoor seating options. There are comfortable hammocks where you can unwind, read a good novel, listen to music, and even take a nap. The spacious deck features a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues and an outdoor dining area. Take a stroll down to the private dock where you can swim, fish, or kayak until your heart's content. Gather around the firepit for some storytelling or challenge your friends to a cornhole game.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
