Service absolutely worthless. I had booked a room for me and my girlfriend which my booking said. Upon my arrival, the boy at the desk told me that I had booked a single-room and had to pay 20$ extra per night for my guest. I asked him which guest since my booking included 2 adults, and then he said that I could upgrade my room to another room for 20$/night and that I would be upgraded to a sea-view room the next day because of the inconvenience. I payed the 60$ extra (for 3 night), and we got our first room that was nice.
Next day, I went down to the reception to find the same guy sitting, and made sure that we understood each other correctly (we both spoke lebanese). Yes, I would be upgraded to a room with sea-view but I had to come after the check-in time which was 15.00.
I returned the same day at 17.00 and sitting there was his colleague. He didn't have any clue about me being upgraded, he said that there wasn't any rooms available anyway that would be counted as an "upgrade". So, me and my girlfriend had packed all our things and was ready to change hotel room - all for nothing. Since we only had booked 3 nights, it was a mess to pack up all our things, pack them down again, to later return to the same room.
I am really tired of amateur hotels trying to be modern. If you can't handle a modern system, then don't sign up to it.
Free Wi-fi available but it works 1/10 times because of the slow speed. Free parking under the building is positive.
