「Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute de la clientèle 」

「プールがあると書かれていたが、実際は無いと言われた。広いお部屋。シャワールームが広さはあるが不思議なタイプで、仕切りやシャワーカーテンも何も無かった。特に問題なく使えたがかなり驚いた。ルルドは本当に素晴らしかった。一大テーマパークの様で、観光客もすごい人数だった。夏限定の夜の行列は必見です！」

「スタッフの方もすごく親切でした。私は片言の英語しか話せないのですが、荷物の一時預かりや空港までのタクシーの手配など、とても親切に対応していただきました。もし、またルルドに行くときには利用したいと思います。」

「設備的には可もなく不可もなくといったところだが、ホテルが集まったリバーサイドにあり、周りの環境もなかなか良い。価格も安く、お勧めしたい。」

「Tout était très propre, mais établissement assez vieillissant. Nous avions le nécessaire pour cuisiner de base. On nous a « surclassés » dans un appartement 2 pièces, mais c’était un appartement pour handicapés avec une douche qui mouillait tout le plancher de la salle de bain : pas très agréable. Les 3 lits n’étaient pas super confortables non plus. Par contre, l’accueil de la jeune Aljcea était formidable. Nous avons apprécié que ce soit à distance de marche du sanctuaire et facile de sortir...

「Front desk staff were all very friendly ready to help which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. About 30 minute walk from the train station and 20 minute walk to the La Grotto opposite direction, so half way between the places. Nice location by the river and lots of shops snd restaurants. 」
