「Likes: Bay Motel had a table & chairs, high quality TV, luggage holder, plenty of "table space", comfortable bed, very quiet refrigerator, full-sized mirror, carpeting, plenty of lighting, clock, hangers available. Dislikes: The toilet did not have a lid, bathroom towel rack too low, hair dryer didn't work, high step getting into the shower room.」

「For the area, it is a decent place to stay. Quite well maintained. Room was freezing on arrival, but the heater warmed it up quite quickly. Ice machine broken. 」

「Very friendly staff, very clean. Our bed was a bit stiff for us, but it was clean and the pillows were very comfy. The shampoo and body wash could use an upgrade. They made me itchy, so we ended up buying some from the grocery store to use. Mini fridge was a nice size, no freezer in it, in case you need that. 「This is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view overlooking the river. The beds are soft, and very comfortable. But if you have a bad back like me, that may be an issue. Otherwise they're wonderful!! There were only a couple of issues though. The refrigerator didn't work and it took a couple of hours for Mary to fix it. Which would be understandable since she was the only one working at the time. The lady who served breakfast was quite unfriendly. I don't know if she needed another cup...

「Very conviently located for shopping and food, excellent breakfast and evening food and drink options, clean facility. Only issue No elevator and was on 3rd floor but they let you know in advance and I had issue with room when I first checked in but they fixed the issue immediately.」
