We liked that there was a rooftop bar but the food wasn't great, nor were the margaritas, and the seating was dirty. The lawn chairs around the pool were also dirty. The room was NOT soundproof and you could hear all the street noise from the 9th floor, as well as every door that closed in the hallway. We slept very poorly to say the least!

The landscaping was lovely.The room access was terribly inconvenient.I had to bring luggage & several boxes up two flights of stairs which took many trips& did no favors to my back. (No elevators.) I was talked into an "hour, maybe 1 and 20 min at most" presentation which lasted 3 1/2 hours setting me way behind on my day.1 was given a 2 day stay for going, which I added to my stay; but had to check out at 10 on my already scheduled stay, and wait until 4 to check back in to my new room, which was below floor level so had to navigate two flights of stairs down this time. I was able to get help with my luggage from some very helpful workers, so it was a lot easier, at least. The rooms were large and accomodating, though the fans in the bathrooms sounded like they would fall out of the ceiling at any moment. Overall, I would have enjoyed my stay much more without all the moving hassles and
