Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Come to this fantastic city to enjoy a football game at the LSU stadium and end your day relaxing in our beautiful Townhouse.

Our modern kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and have lots of space for big groups to stay and share some time together. All bedrooms are upstairs.

Our stunning townhouse is conveniently located with easy access to main streets, public transportation, restaurants, and others.
* NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Under no circumstances are parties allowed on the property. If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house- $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house.
* NO PETS ALLOWED- $250 Pet cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of pet in the property.
* PARKING- parking space available for 2 midsize vehicles inside garage and 2 on the driveway. Absolutely NO blocking neighbors' driveways or streetside parking. (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
* NO PACKAGE DELIVERY - We are not responsible for any packages delivered to this address.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable
Very well kept property, wonderful spacious layout, lots of bathrooms. All of the necessities for a few days (or more) were provided. Great stay overall!

Great property and convenient to campus. The TV situation needs to be addressed as they were not setup and we had to setup using our Google accounts and could not log into Apps with our logins like Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Spacious and Convenient!
The property provided plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids and was recently updated, with a nice kitchen and nice bathrooms. We were very close to LSU and the property was very easy to access, the owners were super responsive and very helpful. For example, when we checked in, we noticed there were only 2 washcloths. We contacted the owner who promptly delivered more washcloths. That was nice! The TVs were all Roku, so we could easily access our apps and let the kids watch TV. The garage was a plus! Areas of improvement: the property was sparsely equipped in the kitchen, there were only about 4 forks and a few coffee mugs. We didn't bring our own cups/plates/silverware, so it would have been nice to have enough for the amount of people the unit holds (10), not a huge deal, but something the owners could easily add to make future stays more comfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness was given a 3 out of 5 star rating, the carpets were noticeably dirty (hair and dirt) and the bathrooms had hair against the walls /around the tubs. In the owner's defense, we did try to check in early, so perhaps the hosts rushed through cleaning for us to accommodate an early check in, but I think a thorough cleaning/carpet steam would have made this a 5 star stay!
