シンガポールからの1泊でした。スムーズで不満なし。食事は昼夜朝と全てブッフェで、食べ物の種類が多くて、味も満足でした。プールのバーと桟橋のバーも楽しみました。他にアラカルトのレストランがありましたが、そこには行きませんでした。シンプルですが、要求すれば必ず反応あり。良いステイでした。

手入れの良いホテル、写真映えするプール、2度目の滞在ですが快適でした。ベランダには猿がきます。朝食ビュッフェの品数が少なめ、食材が少なめですが本格的なカレーが日替わりであるのは楽しめました。サラダは少ないです。夕方なると蚊がでます。

スタッフもフレンドリーで、お部屋も清潔でした。虫が多いですが、部屋に虫除けスプレーやクリームも置いてくれてますので、問題ありませんでした。

ゆったり過ごせるロケーションと設備

繁華街から離れ、ゆっくりとホテル内でリラックスできる環境です。屋外プールとレストラン＆バー。独立型コテージタイプの客室（客室は水回りのトイレ・洗面所・シャワーは綺麗で文句なしです）。オープンタイプのロビー等、南国リゾート気分いっぱいです。敷地内にはビーチもありますが、あまり綺麗ではないのが残念。夜は対岸遠くにシンガポールの町の光が見えとてもロマンチックな感じです。のんびりするには最適ですがマリンアクティビティも充実していて、海遊びするのもいいと思います。

So so as the room fare

Nice location and hardware from outside, nice pool and good location to see the sea especially Jetty where can see the entire great ocean. Room are very old and it is jus the room to put the bed, food are not so good but expensive, breakfast has no fresh salad, mainly Indonesian taste ones. Hope to renovate the room and improve the selection and price for restaurant.

値段の割にはすこしがっかりでした。でも景色は綺麗です。

部屋の中に結構蚊が多くいて噛まれてしまった。デング熱にはならないとフロントの人は言っていたので信じたいと思うが、蚊取り線香かベープマットのようなものが室内に欲しかった。食事も朝食はビッフェスタイルであったが、サラダの野菜に蟻がたかっていたり、食材が古そうでちょっと食欲が落ちた。海はプライベートビーチではあるがそれほど海の水も綺麗ではなかったのと結構海の中にも岩や石が多いので足を怪我しないようにしてください。

シュノーケルができると思い予約したが、8月は天気が変わりやすいのでできないとのこと。残念。代わりにパラセイルをして、いい思い出に。テニスも天気が悪くできなかった。建物、部屋ともビンタンのクラブメッドより良かったほど。レストランは朝食は△。（ジュースが甘いシロップ）ローカル料理のレストランは○

ビンタン島より快適

一泊二日ホテルで過ごしただけの旅行でしたが、ビンタンよりかなり安く、ビンタンより人が少なくて快適でした。天気がいいと写真のままの景色でとてもきれいでした。ホテル内にレストランの数が少ないのが少し残念でしたが、インドネシア料理はおいしかったです。水回りは泊まった部屋はとてもきれいでした。反面、シーツやタオルにシミが目立ったのが残念。全体的には満足の滞在でした。

Service and facilities need to be upgraded

Isolated resort on the other side of Singapore, it is great place to stay alone... but the problem is service and facility. If you call room service, they are very late. Roof is broken and rain drop on the floor, remote controller is broken and you cannot change the temperature and wind direction/volume, and so on so forth... But people was friendly, innocent...

部屋の備品が　用意されえていなかった。　対応が遅い。　平日だったせいもあるのかプールサイドにスタッフがおらず　貸出のタオルをリクエストしてもなかなか持ってこず、４回リマインドしてやっと持って来た。

いかがなもの？

電話が通じない、ポットが壊れている。壁も天井もはがれている。ランクの低い部屋からは、デラックスであっても、汚い海側。レストラン、プールのあるメインビルディングには、遠く、山登りです。家族数人で高い部屋をとれば、あたま割としては、安くなりますが、それに見合うサーヴィスはないと思います。大枚はたく価値はないと思います。

Overall, good for families who want a short getaway. Food served is fantastic - breakfast is fresh and has a good range; teppanyaki restaurant and the in-house cafe serve excellent, tasty food. Rooms are spacious. Water pressure and heating in the bathroom are great. Staff are friendly. Housekeeping response is reasonably fast. But facilities and room can be improved - a little old & dusty with spider webs at corners; toilet bowl was clogged but fixed within the hour; linen and pillows have a used smell. Pools are fun but the waters are a little murky, and should be cleaned and filtered better. The beach has a lot of washed up trash and natural sea debris - a pity, especially for children looking for a safe and clean stretch of beach to do sand play - perhaps the hotel should clean it up regularly and tourists/guests should also be responsible to clean up after themselves.

The resort was quiet and secluded, a good place to unwind and detach from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff were welcoming and friendly especially the masseuse. So good were the massages that we went twice. Although it looks like it needs a fresh coat of paint and some maintenance, the amenities worked as intended. The only complain was the smell from the toilet as there isn't a vent to suck out the bad odours.

냉장고가 없어요.

냉장고가 없습니다. 방충망이 없어서 벌레가 들어올 것 같아 문도 못 열었고 시설은 아주 낙후되어 있습니다. 곰팡이 냄새도 많이 나고요. 아이들과 수영장 이용하는 고객들은 만족하실 듯 하나 혼자 조용히 쉬러 온 사람에게는 부적합한 호텔입니다.

Turi beach hotel is perfectly positioned on the beach. The staff are so helpful and smiley. We were picked from Nongasura ferry, by a complimentary shuttle bus. It's so peaceful and relaxing, we virtually had the beach to ourselves. We loved Happy hour on the Island bar, with perfect views. Although the menu is limited, we chose to eat there each night. The menu could be repetitive if you were there for long, but we always found something we liked. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms are spacious, with daily cleaning and towel change. This is our second visit, the only reason we wouldn't return, is because the world's a big place!

The view from room balcony, variety of pool facilities, and hospitality service quality ware quite impressive. The entire resort facilities are little dated though. Definitely somewhere I can recommend.

Beautiful, unique property and easy to get around. The room was clean, had plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We especially liked the nice breezes, and the Island Bar. Would definitely visit again.

A little slice of heaven

Hard to imagine Turi is less than an hour away from Singapore. The beaches are not as clean as we'd like, but this is a common problem plaguing the islands, and thankfully we didn't see much plastic waste. The resort itself is clean, the food great and the spa treatments fantastic. We'll definitely be back for more weekend getaways.

Charming. I can see the ocean :)

I am from Bali and was not expecting Batam have beautiful ocean until I come to this property. My room was facing the ocean. It was emerald blue water and can be seen clearly. I wish i stayed for longer as this has been a long trip before i went back from Batam.

Excellent séjour romantique

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par cet établissement. Il propose des transferts gratuits depuis et vers le débarcadère de Nongsa. Les bâtiments s'intègrent très bien dans le paysage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des réceptionnistes, notre très grande chambre à proximité immédiate de la mer, le buffet du petit déjeuner, les deux piscines, le bar sur la jetée, les repas abordables, la plage et les rochers en granit qui évoquent la Bretagne quand la marée se retire. Bref, un excellent séjour dans un magnifique "resort" tropical, à proximité de Singapour, pour des tarifs très raisonnables.

바탐에 가면 항상 숙박하는 호텔이며 쾌적하고 전망 좋고 깨끗한 호텔이다 주말에는 숙박인원이 늘어나 다양한 식사를 제공하고 있으나 평일에는 식사할 만한 레스토랑이나 밤에 즐길만 한 것이 부족한 것이 아쉽다 또한 아침 조식 부페가 너무나 질이 떨어져서 예를 들면 쥬스의 경우 과즙을 짜서 만든 천연 쥬스가 아닌 분말가루로 색소와 설탕으로된 쥬스가 제공되며 음식의 종류도 제한적인 것이 안타깝다 놀거리 야외풀 마사지 골프 등 활동할 것이 좋고 뚜리를 사랑하여 항상 가고 싶은데 조식이 별로라 고민이다

It’s an amazing resort for a quiet get away when you need to be away and relax. Staff were wonderful and friendly. It’s my 6th time to be exact and will definitely stay there again without hesitating.

Quick check-in, bed was comfy, but many insects in room (but they provide spray) +, but overall enjoyed my stay :)

On a whole, the place was great! Only thing I can say that need improvement is the gift shop, pretty much nothing there, and going into the town. A shuttle to and from town for a nominal fee would be better than paying Rs180000 EACH way for a taxi.

It’s fine for 1-2 nights stay but the rooms should do some upgrade as it’s look under maintain and breakfast selection should improve (limited selection) but decent. Staff are friendly.

It's a beautiful property, but wish had more facilities. Considering everyone is recovering from the aftermath of covid lockdowns, they still did a great job
