"Nothing stands out about this property. It is plain but functional. It is an old commercial building that has been converted into a number of individual rooms, all on the second floor. It is a facility that clearly has been converted and is still in the process of updating and conversion. There is a single, large common room (lobby) on which all the bedrooms face. "Great safe location and walking distance to night life. Super comfortable for 2 or 3 people. The only issue that I had was that none of the keys worked to open the gate so that I could park my rental car inside versus leaving it outside on the street and that there was absolutely no cold water. It was all hot and in Puerto Rico you cannot shower with hot water. You need cold water to cool you down. Aside from that everything was great. "
