「The room was upgraded which was lovely and nice. Although "lake view" was more snow piles. The massages booked were cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and I specifically asked if the Hot tub/sauna/pool were working 2 days prior and the hot tub was not which was one of the main reasons we were planning the trip. The top 2 relaxation methods were not provided or refunded as such. Overall the bed was comfy, not many tv channels, the room was nice, and the features that did work were...

「We stayed in a one bedroom condo. It was very spacious & clean. The indoor pool was brightly painted, with a bonus kids splash pad. It had an indoor & outdoor hot & had a playground & splash pad outside. The bedroom came with an office desk which was very helpful. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, but there were no cooking sheets, nor measuring spoons. The appliances were incredibly loud, the AC gets turned off during the winter? It was unbearably hot or we had to open the window & be subject...
