"My only complaint about the property has nothing to do with the property itself. Several houses around it have dogs that were barking quite loud and one would start and then the rest would start up. This would go on for several hours especially if you were out enjoying the pool area."

"Excellent place to stay when visiting Yuma! Other than having a small hiccup with the Internet, I/we would definitely go back and stay again. This cozy little condo does not disappoint! Very clean, true to the pictures, comfortable beds, and a great place to cook meals to save money. The owners communicated clearly, and quickly. We were able to spend quality time together as a family. Close to shopping, military base, and restaurants."

"We were in Yuma for 4 days visiting family and this condo was a nice and comfortable place to stay. It was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed like sheets and towels, kitchen utensils etc. The complex had a beautiful pool with huge palm trees and grapefruit trees, and was in a nice quiet area.
