Great property and location. Located close to Sagrada Famillia, lots of stores and local restorants near by. The appartment was spacious, clean even had two bathrooms (rare find). Free locker room if you are early or have to leave late. Highly recommend it.

This apartment is in an excellent location with lots of great places to eat nearby. It’s spacious and clean and most importantly in the summer has air con!!! My only comment would be there is no kettle in the kitchen and being English and having to have a cup of tea I had to boil a pan of water but there is a Nespresso machine for the coffee lovers. We are 2 adults and a 12 year old girl so having 2 bathrooms was really helpful! I would definitely recommend staying here. The view from the small balcony was pretty good too ……..

We had a wonderful stay at MH Apartments Sagrada Familia. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location was excellent，close to the Sagrada Familia and convenient for getting around Barcelona. The check-in process was very convenient. Although check-in starts at 3:00 PM, we were able to leave our luggage in the lockers beforehand for just a €1 coin and go out to explore Barcelona. We could then return at 3:00 PM or later and complete the self check-in, which was very helpful. We also had a small issue with the in-room safe. We called the staff, and a technician came very quickly and fixed the problem right away. We really appreciated the prompt and professional service. The neighborhood was pleasant, and the apartment was a great base for exploring Barcelona.

When I rang the doorbell it took awhile before letting us in and it’s hot to be outside the building with all our luggages. Staff is rude when I rang couple of times then when I ask for assistance in checking in from the phone inside the building, staff is rude there’s no customer service in their part and you can hear them their office is just beside the phone booth. I will compliment the apartment itself as it is in good condition with complete amenities. Bed is comfortable and unit has great AC. Balcony has a nice view. Location is perfect as it’s 1 block from Sagrada. If it’s not with the staff it will be perfect.

This place in a great location near La Sagrada Familia and with good shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is in good condition. The AC units could use some maintenance because the one in the living room and in the main room leak water onto the floor sometimes. The unit had enough room for us 3 adults and 3 kids. Great breakfast joints downstairs and down the street. There is a grocery store across the street, which we visited religiously. The rooms were comfy and bathrooms had what we needed. The price was a little high but would definitely recommend.

Less an aparthotel and more an apartment. Shampoo, soap and coffee were not enough for the whole stay, we had to go buy extra as the customer service told us they only provide some as a courtesy. Building is very old and makes a lot of noise throughout the night. 2 bathrooms was very convenient, though a king bed (2 twins together) would have been preferred in the main bedroom. Location is perfect next to the sagrada familia, convenient grocery stores nearby and many restaurants. Check in was terrible, the auto check in machine is pre programmed to dispense keys at a specified time regardless of whether the room is ready or not. Luggage lockers were convenient.

You have to dramatically improve your automated Check-In system. For one, I never received a front door entry code in advance. If not for a guest who was on his way in, we would have never been able to enter the property. And then our reservation didn't even show up in the system! If not for the Guest Relations phone, we wouldn't have known what to do. As we spoke to your GRO, she toggled something on the system and only then did our reservation show up! I mean, you guys need to understand that after long journeys, travelers don't need this kind hassle!
