Beech Mountain Club Membership:
Beech Mountain requires owners to fill out a transfer form to use the private clubs amenities, renters wanting to use the club membership must contact us for the transfer to be initiated, Beech Mountain has also made a 2 transfers a month policy, so transfer will be first come first serve. This is a Beech Mountain policy and its not something we can change. The form must be filled out a 3 days before your arrival and sent to Beech Mountain. The pricing for the use is below, and is set by the club. Transfering the membership is also only allowed by the club from May 1st - October 31st.
Transfer Usage Fees**
Social Plus: $225 per month Usage Fee
**Club Member may, at their discretion, transfer a lesser Membership Level than their actual Level; in that case, the lesser Usage Fee applies as do lesser member privileges

Main Level:
Fully stocked kitchen: Keurig Coffee Maker, Bar Stools for counters, pots, pans with essentials you would have at home… and Spices galore!
Living room: wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, dining area, and an arcade system with the old-school game such as Pac-Man, Galga, and more.
Bottom Level:
Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, flat-screen TV, full-size bathroom.
Bunk Room: 4 twin beds, flat-screen TV, and fold-out bed.
Guest/Full Room: Queen size bed, and a flat screen TV.
Full-Size Bathroom and also laundry appliances.
Deck: Complete with chairs, tables, and a propane firepit to watch the sunsets. There is also a gas grill and a charcoal grill, and a variety of games to play on the deck.
Parking:
3 small-mid size vehicles will fit
AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during the winter months.
Dog Friendly:
The property is dog friendly for approved dogs. We do ask that the dog is mature, has indoor manners, and will stay in a kennel when left unattended. At that point, he/she will be approved. There is a non-refundable dog fee of $150 per dog (up to 2 dogs).
Check In Time: 4:00 pm
Check Out Time: 11:00 am
Guest will have access to the entire house.
Hot tub: Make sure to test the hot tub with the provided tester strips before getting in the hot tub. Also, swimwear is only allowed in the hot tub, NO normal clothes because they will ruin the water.
Trash: Please place all trash in the provided trash bags, and place the trash bags in the trash bins near the driveway. Do not put loose trash in the trash cans.
Pets: 2 dogs max, you must supervise the dogs at all times, you have to put the dogs in the provided kennel when leaving your dogs at the house.
Please do not unplug any of the electronics(TVs, Xbox, etc).
