Great stay for families to meet up
Great, spacious house with large fenced backyard. Undercover outdoor area with firepit for marshmallows. Safe for kids and dogs. Only fault is bathroom and toilet door need locks , Also needs wooden stir fry utensils in kitchen. There are other dogs on neighbouring fences, but the fencing is good. this was fantastic 👏

Large house for multiple families, great yard for kids and dogs. Handy shops nearby. Bush tracks to explore across the road. Convenient location but not in the middle of town. Clean and comfy😊😊

Fit the Bill
We had to stay in Ballarat as my husband required surgery. Hence we needed a functional house to accomodate ourselves and our dog. This property fit the bill nicely.

Heating was great , clean and plenty of space for everyone to have quiet time by themselves. Beds where very comfortable. Pet friendly yard with plenty of room. Good outdoor entertainment area which we didn't get to use as we where out all-day.

A few mums, a bunch of kids, perfect for our needs. 2 living spaces, awesome enclosed yard. The undercover area would have been perfect in better weather.

Fabulous stay!
Fabulous stay! Will certainly be back again. However only thing that confused us was it listing as 5 bedroom But the 5th room is a living room with a pull out sofa classified as a bedroom. For the amount it sleeps 10 some kitchen bar stools would be a great addition as the table in the kitchen seats 6. Apart from that the property was clean, well maintained and the manager is lovely. Made sure we checked in safely. Will certainly be back!

Wonderful stay
We had a great stay, the property was super clean and had everything we needed. My only piece of feedback is the photos do not do the properly justice. It had two sitting rooms, super comfy beds, great hot shower and crisp sheets like a luxury hotel. Backyard was great for kids and dogs alike, loved the fire pit and the forest opposite had great walking tracks. Tom was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend

Wonderful stay
The house was exactly what we needed large enough, warm comfortable and had everything you could want supplied especially in the kitchen for our short stay. The only downfall was there is only 1x tv which makes it difficult for different age groups during down time. The area is absolutely beautiful the park across the road fabulous for walks enjoyed by all. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic property, great location.
The property was perfect for our stay, spacious, cosy and warm and had everything we could of possibly needed. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of towels provided. Great quiet location, a short easy drive to Sovereign Hill and Shops. Host is fantastic, great communication and even messaged to make sure we had everything we needed. Perfect house for a family stay (3 adults, 2 children), big backyard, Cubby house and swing set for the kids. Overall a fantastic house, would highly recommend.

Great Place for Visiting Sovereign Hill
Very happy with out stay. Tom was super friendly and helpful. House was great location close to Sovereign Hill/Ballarat. Nearby shops to get groceries. House had surprising large yard too, great for kids. Would stay again.

Overall an excellent place to stay in. It's located close to Sovereign Hill and opposite to a reserve park. And also really well equipped kitchen, a big screen smart TV and free WiFi.

Comfy and plenty of space for everyone
Property was clean and as described, plenty of space for everyone (we had 5 people in our group and could have comfortably had more). Large outdoor area for little ones to run around. Check in and out were easy and contactless, host was quick to respond to messages and provided good information about the location.
