「The RIU Palace Cabo San Lucas is the nicest hotel I have ever been to. The staff works 24 hours a day cleaning every inch of the property. The care and attention given to each guest is so comforting. The property has the most amazing views and the Spa is so clean and the staff is so qualified. If you want genuine all inclusivity, stay at the RUI Palace. It is a great resort for any age. 」

「2月初旬に宿泊しましたが、ホテルから鯨が見られました。大規模なホテルなので、レストランの数も多く、混んで待つようなことはありません。でも夜は遅くまで音楽が鳴り響き、クラブに近い部屋だとなかなか寝付けないようです。もうひとつ難点は、プールサイドやビーチのベッドは予約制かつ有料なところでした。鉄板焼きは予約制なので、レセプション隣のピアノバーで予約します。すぐに埋まってしまうようなので、早めに予約した方がいいです。」

「Beautiful location. Gardens were gorgeous. Pools were beautiful. Appreciated the upgrade to a suite. There were a couple issues. A shower door handle was loose, 3-4 of the outdoor jacuzzi jets did not work. Staff very responsive. Room service fast! Need more personnel serving at pool. Restaurants were wonderful. 」

「Our second stay here. We love the location, history and the vibe of the entire property. The Marina is such a short walk. The whale watching was spectacular. Saw whales off the balcony every day. Just the right size for an all inclusive.」

「This is a great property. The staff and the amenities are wonderful. There are two things that hurt this property. 1. The dining is good, not great. More importantly, the prices for the food are completely unreasonable. It is just ridiculous how expensive it is to get even the smallest snack. 2.
