On my last visit, I was asked to pay a deposit of 90 euros at checkout, thing that I had never had to do before. When I challenged it, I was told this had been implemented a long time ago when I know for sure this is not the case. I'm disappointed and will probably choose a different hotel on my next visit."

"This was my first time staying at 7 Eiffel and I was so pleasantly surprised. Rooms are modern and clean (have enough outlets everywhere, great lighting, shower is fantastic) and the entire hotel is clean and modern.
