「Only problem is that there is no kettle in the room. I find this inconvenient as i like to make a hot drink at night and early in the morning. Other than this , it is a perfect place as location is excellent and the owner/operator is really nice.」

「Our stay at this B&B in Palermo was fantastic. We stayed in a spacious suite with a large modern room and bathroom, complete with a rain shower. The views from both the bedroom and our private balcony were stunning, especially the view of the Cathedral of Palermo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with Andrea going above and beyond to offer valuable advice for our short stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Communication was excellent—they even sent us restaurant...

「The apartment is spacious and would be good for self catering. The air con works well. It’s high enough to lose some street noise from the busy area around but this is Palermo and high traffic levels. Dealing with the owner remotely by WhatsApp worked but they could do with offering a brief to guests in advance about entry procedure which otherwise seems vaguely left to contact when you arrive. The old lift worked well but this property could be limited access (as seemingly is Palermo in general...

「Extrem nettes, vor allem extrem hilfsbereites Personal. Mitten in der Nacht nach einer Autopanne wurde unserer Anruf außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten angenommen und uns 2 Zimmer gegeben, zu einem tollen Preis mitten in der Stadt. Am nächsten Morgen wurden uns noch die neuen Tickets für die Fähre gedruckt und auch bei der Suche nach einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit geholfen. Dass Personal spricht auch noch englisch - in Sizilien keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Ich kann gar nicht sagen, wie glücklich wir...

「Hotellet/B&B ligger veldig bra til. Verten er imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt. Rommene er veldig bra og rent. Stortrivdes. Mot eksentrisk. Er ikke frokost inkludert, men bra med alternativer i området. Uten rengjøring på rommet. Ett hotell man drar tilbake til.」

「Sehr nettes b&b mit herzlichem Personal. Ca. zehn bis zwölf Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, Bushaltestelle auch in zehn min erreichbar. Uns wurden hilfreiche Tipps zu Unternehmungen gegeben und auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Auch ein late check out war ohne Probleme möglich. Der Kaffee war hervorragend :)」
