「This resort was super cute. I was unaware that upstairs meant that you have to walk upstairs to the actual resort so transporting our luggage was a little task but other than that I loved it, very spacious. 」

「Our reservation was for 8 adults and a pet. We were told that after we made the booking the policy changed and pets were no longer allowed. That's not right. VRBO, Koala or Wyndham should have made accommodations available for our family and their pet 」

「Our stay was for 5 nights, 6 people,we didn’t get a chance to use any of the amenities, the unit had recently been updated. Check in was easy and the ladies at the desk were helpful and friendly.Our unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a 3 bedroom, which is a 2 bedroom unit with a full kitchen and 2 baths, and a one bedroom unit with a full bath. and kitchen, there’s a door that connects the 2 units.Each unit has a washer and dryer. We will definitely stay here again.The location was...

「The first room we got checked into had fleas, but we contacted the front desk and they were able to put us into another newly renovated unit which was much nicer, had a better view and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they compensated the issue with the room by waving the resort fees and giving us a gift card. 」

「Checkin was lengthy but the resort has so much for everyone to do and was actually clean! It’s rare I feel like a property is clean to my standards. So I was impressed. We’ll certainly be back.」

「I found the unit I rented to be very comfortable and in excellent condition. Infortunately Colonial Williamsburg has really diminished it's commitment to being a "living" museum experience. We were looking forward to a Colonial Christmas but we found little to create the feeling we had been promised by the advertisements.」

「We had a great stay. Since it was around a holiday, it was very busy in the area. There was some initial confusion regarding confirmation of our stay. Really glad that was figured out before our arrival. The unit was nice, spacious, and as advertised. We didn’t get a chance to use the resort amenities as it was a short stay. However, the grounds looked nice and well kept. Would definitely stay again.」
