「Excellent price with plenty of space nearby to Davis. Property was a little bit out of date, but for the price I paid I cannot complain about that.」

「Being able to get a full condo for the same price as a single hotel room was fantastic. It is centrally located to many area attractions for the summer and right in the middle of ski country for the winter. The two pools, playground and mini golf course were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!」

「We enjoyed staying at this property on Timberline Mountain. The property was clean and there were lots of small, but important, additions that made our stay easy and comfortable (e.g., the hosts provided coffee filters, k-cups, etc). We visited during Fall and enjoyed hiking in the nearby Dolly Sods Wilderness area. We were unable to find the access point to Dolly Sods on the Timberline property but we were able to drive to several nearby trail heads.」

「Perfect place to get away for a weekend! In the winter it is probably full of people but in the off season it was quiet. You are close enough to main towns to get anything you may need. The place had everything we needed (linens, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.).」

「Used the cabin for a conference stay while my husband traveled with me. It was a nice get away and he was able to relax and enjoy the quiet time while I was gone each day. The inside of the room was clean and had anything we needed. I would’ve liked to seen more cleanliness to the outside of the facilities in hallways and steps, it was a little concerning when we arrived, but thankfully the inside was clean! Everyone was great and easy to work with. We will definitely return if back in the area.」

「We enjoyed our four-day stay at Timberline. Although we didn't have a chance to meet with a property manager, we thought our place was well-maintained and clean. It's close to Seneca Rocks (our primary destination), Dolly Sods, Smoke Hole Cavern, and Blackwater Falls. Since the property has a kitchen, a laundry facility, a grill, and a brazier, it's better than staying at a hotel. We recommend this property for a family. One caveat is that the attic was too warm to sleep comfortably. I wonder...
