「Stayed here to ski at Timberline with teenage son and a friend of his. Located in strip with Ski Barn (great ski shop btw) and Mama Mia restaurant just before Timberline Road. Place was clean and warm. Host is friendly and very responsive by text to any questions I had. 」

「I rented this property because it was close to a middle ground location for my best friends, my partner, and myself to meet up for a long night of games and catching up. There was plenty of space and my friends were super impressed with the property! It was great to have a cozy place to spend time with them. The fireplace was one of my favorite parts, as well as the large table and space to spread out. We will definitely be back! 」

「We had a great stay. Great place to stay for a long weekend hiking trip. Dog friendly was a big plus. 10/10 would recommend. 」

「Unit was great and exactly as described. A few minor updates/repairs would go a long way. TV is old and will not allow you to log in to today's streaming services. Fireplace was missing half of the screen and one of the doors did not function properly, which made it difficult to enjoy the fireplace. Ceiling vent fan in one of the bathrooms was absurdly loud. Unit had only a drip coffee pot, which we knew before we went. Kuerigs are not super expensive and make it easy for everyone to enjoy...

「Enjoyed having a comfortable, convenient place right off the slopes when needing to take a break from skiing. We saved a lot of money by being able to prepare our own meals there instead of having to eat at the lodge. Nice place that we would stay at again. 」

「The location to the Timberline ski lodge and slopes was great. Easy walk or ski in/out depending on snow amounts. Perfect spot to enjoy the slopes. It could use some tlc but very functional. 」

「This condo was perfect for what we needed. It’s not luxurious, but you can’t beat the proximity to the slopes for a small group. It’s functional and tidy. The only complaint was the noisy heater/furnace. That being said, we’d rent it again. 」

「Great location and a very clean, well-appointed condo. The parking lot was plowed more than once daily to keep up with the unusual snow we were getting.」

「This property was clean and comfortable. Quick drive to downtown Davis and Timberline for skiing. Check in process was pretty seamless (we arrived after the rental office was closed, but they left our keys in a drop box for us). We would stay here again!」

「Property was warm and safe. We did not lose power. Quaint place with all the snow. Location was good too. King bed was like sleeping on pavement but the couch was available! 」

「We stayed at this rental for the sled run at Blackwater Falls. There were 8 of us in the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, house was clean and in a great location. Close to both state parks and town of Davis. Would go again and recommend to others. 」

「Stayed here for the weekend to ski Timberline. The views were great. It was quiet at night. The room is like a lodge room but with the benefits to do some very cooking plus the jetted tub and fireplace. Definitely hope to catch another opening this winter to stay another weekend. 」

「We stayed during a severe winter storm dumping over 10 inches of snow. The owner cleared the driveway of snow and called to check on us. The cottage us very well kept and in close proximity to many outdoor activities. 」

「Clean, spacious, open concept space with two bedrooms, both with a queen bed. One has a twin bed and sheets in closet! Basic but high quality cookware to use, which is always a plus! Easy communications with Chip and Laurie, such kind people!!! The ideal location for XC skiing! Honestly, cannot beat it. Felt like the luckiest people all weekend! 」

「My family and I loved this place. Location is just minutes from timberline, the cost was good and it had more character than any VRBO I've rented before. The views were top notch and the owner was very communicative. The pics do not do it justice. Would recommend to anyone and I can assure you we will be back 」
