"It was really nice and up to date. It was clean and you could tell it was actually cleaned! It was quiet even being located next to a highway. Couldnt hear any of our neighbors, couldn't even tell if we had any. Even the storm outside was muffled. The staff was helpful, Breakfast staff was knowledgeable about what was in the food. And front desk helped with a minor issue. The breakfast wasn't anything out of the norm except the quiche. I feel like I haven't see that before at a hotel, but...

"It seemed fairly new, very clean, quiet except a bit of highway noise. Comfortable room, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as breakfast options. Check in was easy and desk manager was very helpful"

"The pool water temperature was warm, which was a total surprise, as other pool water temperatures were cold. The breakfast is a low-scale economical breakfast for the owner, I understand his motive behind his thinking however it will be an incentive for future customers if waffles, quality eggs and bacon were also options along more juices besides orange and apple juice"

"The room was clean and the facility was quiet at night. Breakfast was amazing, however the decaf coffee was not hot. We were impressed with the changes made to the lobby and will be back when in the area. "

The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club

"We stayed for two nights over spring break. We were offered a room on the floor with the pool which was perfect for our two kids. Room was lovely, pool was one of the warmer and more comfortable we've experienced and the hot tub was perfect. The parking garage was very convenient, safe, well lit, and clean. The location of the hotel was great. We walked around the state capitol building, to coffee, to dinner, to the Madison Children's Museum, etc. We will definitely be back next time we're in town!"

Right on the Water! Private Pier, Excellent Sunsets & Swimming

Overall, very nice day in a beautiful Lakeside property.

"I give this rental a five stars overall. The property contact was very responsive. The location so close to the lake is just perfect. Great for a girls weekend away. Only constructive feedback. Is there a couple of things that should be repaired on the property, such as a cracked sink, But nothing that overall affected the functionality of the rental for us. Neighbors were very quiet and we would definitely stay here again."
