"We stayed in the room next to the elevator on the top floor. The room was small and in strange shape. There was no shower room at all. There was just a shower head on the wall next to the toilet. After a shower, water was all over the floor of the small restroom. We got a discount when booking, but without any warning about no closed shower space."

"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my whole life! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. We checked into this hotel right after we drove from Stepantsminda, and we were tired and hungry. The staff offered us breakfast and champagne and we were so grateful for that.
