The good news is that Expedia made right this problematic stay.
The bad news is that the hotel fell down in several key areas: The free airport shuttle never materialized, despite the hotel confirming. The room had no AC, though the listing said it did.
Other minor issues: room had a smell; room was dark and one fan didn't work; "included" breakfast included only coffee and bread (eggs available for extra).
It was also difficult to contact the hotel, as their telephone number according to expedia and web was disconnected. (Fortunately, Expedia was able to give me their email address, though, as noted, it proved to be in vain regarding the airport shuttle).
That said, Expedia was GREAT
