Howdy and welcome to Casa Verde, a midcentury gem located in historic Georgetown, Texas. Fully remodeled, this home is stocked with all you need for the perfect stay, designed w/local artisans in mind. The private street is adjacent to open fields for kids to play, and the fenced yard provides privacy if desired. The front courtyard has a cozy and intimate outdoor lounge space equipped w/charcoal grill, fire-pit and plenty of seating. Comfy beds and furniture for lounging throughout the house!
Casa Verde pays tribute to a modern, southwest vibe, highlighting local art and provisions. The kitchen highlights tons of counter space and is equipped to prepare even the most extravagant meal. Four comfortable bedrooms allow for a restful night sleep with two stylish bathrooms to accommodate your party.
The Space:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with private bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Twin bed, queen air mattress, pack and play.
This location is walking distance to the campus grounds of Southwestern University and the Most Beautiful Square in Texas, filled with restaurants, bars and shops. You'll find homes 100+ years old, and some that are brand new. There are so many things to do that are within a short drive including all that Austin, Waco and Fredericksburg have to offer. Travelling with kids? Parks, splash pad and open fields are within a few blocks. A pack and play, highchair and booster seat are onsite if needed. The home is equipped with books, toys and games for all ages, including cornhole and a pickleball set. A dedicated workspace with high speed WIFI is included along with two smart TVs.

Additional Info:
- Trash/recycling behind left gate (when looking at the house- not beside it- our neighbors put their's beside the fence, but ours is behind the gate
- Trash day is Tuesday. We will be coming by on Monday afternoon/evening to take the trash bins out to the street, and will pick them up Tuesday afternoon/evening. I just wanted to give you a heads up in case you see us. Also, if you have any trash you'd like taken out, just put it in the binds by 5:00 on Monday!
- Remote for outdoor lights in yellow tray on front shelf by entry
- Corn hole and pickle ball set in shed on side of house behind left gate
- Feel free to use fire pit (wood not provided, but there may be some left over). ****Please only burn wood, not trash.
- Please be mindful of neighbors with noise. Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM
