For the majority of our 4-day stay, the keycard reader for the guest rooms was inactive. Each and every time we wanted to enter our room, we had to have security let us in. I was informed on the 3rd night that the reader was active, and it was not. I understand the holiday on 12/25; however, the reader was still not working on 12/28. There was never any mention of refunding any portion of the stay and we were made to feel as if this was a normal occurrence.
