The Space:

Guest Access:
Guests may access the entire home except one closet downstairs which is for our cleaning team to store supplies.

The Neighborhood:
Old Fourth Ward is a historic Atlanta neighborhood close to Downtown with strong roots. It’s considered to be one of the hottest neighborhoods in Atlanta, in large part due to the development of Ponce City Market. The neighborhood boasts a high walkability score given its location along the BeltLine Eastside Trail and proximity to in-demand attractions.

With murals and street art covering Old Fourth Ward, the neighborhood is one of the most vibrant and distinct in Atlanta. Old Fourth Ward is a neighborhood where the old merges with the new.

Please keep in mind this is in the city and with that comes a variety of people and income levels. We have personally lived at this home and embraced the culture. We found that if you show respect and kindness to people they will in turn respect you and show the same level of humility. Our home is fully gated and our alarm system can be used as needed by request. We have never had any issues with crime & love our beautiful in-town living!! Please enjoy!

Getting Around:
Getting to our home is easy! Just a quick 15-20 min ride from the Atlanta Airport. Many guests take Uber or rent a car but public transportation via Marta is available. Gated front parking is available for 3 cars and additional parking is available on the left and right side of the home by accessing the lots from the back street behind the home. 2 additional cars can park in the back gated area but is not recommend to allow for entertainment space.
