「Location was great…building and amenities, great! A few issues with Kakun. 1. They won’t use VRBO to communicate with you so don’t even try 2. The furniture really needed cleaned. It was gross. 「The communication with the host was fast and super helpful. He has a guide that gives you a great run down of the neighborhood. I don't think we could stayed in a better part of town. It's a short walk to Roma Norte and we loved heading to the park every morning. The place itself was beautiful, clean, modern and so nice. The rooftop dining spot was a great way to relax after a long day around town. I plan to come to CDMX again and will absolutely try to book this penthouse.」

「The place was very comfortable with nice furnishings, complete kitchen with everything to make complete meals. 「Most importantly - great location! Tons of awesome restaurants, shops, stores nearby. Make sure to try a Taco Naco or Maizajo or Lardo which are all very walkable from this spot. Nice views out the window of the park. The apartment is clean and nice with a few notes. It was quite hot while we were there (temps were up to 90) and without AC we were quite warm. Windows helped with the heat but being right next to a big street meant lots of very loud noises (honking, ambulances, loud motos) which...
