The one-bedroom property was very well appointed, styled, and I would happy stay here for several days. My only critique is that the property pool is small and unheated, which I now understand is is typical for Athens (but not something I experience much in the States).
The area looks a bit rough when you first arrive, but as the sun sets the graffiti fades, the twinkling lights appear and the area comes alive with a fun and pleasant vibrancy. It felt safe and invited further exploration. Plus, the ancient sites are in easy walking distance.
The early morning (5 a.m.) airport transfer arranged by the property was on-time and in a beautiful luxury vehicle with an excellent English-speaking driver. I highly recommend this service.
Reception is not regularly staffed the property manager is a bit too insistent regarding what time we would be arriving. Because we were driving and had several stops along the way, this was difficult to anticipate. Though understandable, I found this level of communication burdensome and prefer to have more space for spontaneity. That said, the reception staff were wonderful. (Because we would be leaving early, that evening they fetched breakfast for our family that we would be able to take with us in the morning - very thoughtful.
Overall, I hightly recommend the property.
