「The rooms were really old and had a run down feeling. The rugs were visibly dirty, the towels were cleaned, but had stains, and there was no clear statement (that I saw) that there is no elevator. The fireplace suites are not worth the extra cost-- the couches are old and discolored, and the fireplace was a stove- no instructions on how to use, etc. I was disappointed.」

「The staff at the front desk, Seth and Marshall, were very helpful. They gave me clear directions to transit to and from the Denver Airport. This saved time and money. The complimentary breakfast was in a very well lit spacious setting with large windows to view the surrounding snow capped mountains. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「The property is right in the heart of Aspen. I block to the gondola, great shopping, easy walk to several good restaurants. Had a locker to store your skis, a working fireplace and furnished kitchen, Right across the street from a grocery store. 」
