Note - 4WD is absolutely necessary to access the condo complex in the winter!! The complex sits up on a steep incline that does get icy in the winter. Please reach out with questions.

The unit comes with a free parking space. Otherwise, if you are traveling without a car, the Ruby Park bus station is just a few blocks away. Busses servicing the other three mountains, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass are available for free every 15-30 minutes.

This condo enjoys an unmatched location, mere steps from the 1A chairlift, providing immediate access to Aspen Mountain's legendary skiing and snowboarding. Downtown Aspen, with its renowned dining, shopping, and cultural attractions, is also just a short stroll away.
