「Adorable place! It was clean and the host provided everything you needed for a cozy stay. The host provided clear instructions which made for a very easy stay. I would return myself and recommend to others!」

「This is a lovely little gem. Although it's a tiny space, it really suited my needs perfectly. The hosts, Kevin and Dawn, were gracious and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Just a few short blocks from the beach and you're able to enjoy all the Jersey shore offers. The cottage is packed with amenities and considerate touches that made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again. feel like home」

「Oops title says it all! See above - great location. Well equipped. Easy access. Off street parking is a plus. Beautiful Belmar beach. 」

「The best part about our stay was the private beach access. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors.」

「our host Amy Heller was fabulous. Our bender broke and within an hour we had a new one delivered to us! Amazing!! Amy was great! We had a 10 minute walk to Asbury Patk 」

「The house was great, very open allowing us to comfortably spread out after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio is great plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. Location was a short walk to the beach not difficult at all to cross 35 to get there!!」

「Daniel's cottage is spacious (certainly for one person), clean, and well located, just a short walk into town or to the beach. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and everything went smoothly. Beach badges a major plus! Would definitely stay there again.」

「Plus: clean, location to beach, sofa bed actually comfortable (although no sheets that actually fit) Not so plus: front lawn not mowed, had hard time parking on the pad (I drove a Kia Sorento, no street parking), no hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels/kitchen towels (first thing went to Target to get what we needed), no games/books/magazines, designated office area—beat up desk sandwiched next to sofa, backyard not very private, just not a super welcoming vibe. Albeit, not the worst place...

「There was a glitch at check-in and owner was unavailable (due to work related issues) which caused delays in getting into property. After a 5hr drive with kids it was frustrating. All fixed eventually. Love this place would come back.」

「Joanie was so welcoming and her property was incredible with an exceptional location. I spent a birthday here with friends and couldn’t have imagined a better property or a more attentive and generous host! 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to spend time on the gorgeous Jersey shore.
