「I would highly recommend this property for a trip to Tamarindo. The unit is fully remodeled and is in very nice condition. The location is perfect for Tamarindo. It is super close to everything. You do not need a car if you stay here. Even doing some activities outside of town, the property manager set up ziplining and an ATV tour with a shuttle ride to the site. It is a 3-5 minute walk to the beach depending on how fast you walk. You can hardly be any closer to the beach even if you stay in the...

「This was our family’s first international trip. The condo was perfect for us. Our kids, 14, 12, and 10, had a blast in the pool and ocean. The boogie boards were so fun to have and provided for hours of entertainment. The location was spectacular. We loved the beach - it was so quiet and peaceful and you can’t beat the view. There were several restaurants around for us to visit, but we also enjoyed the kitchen in the condo for most of our breakfasts and lunches. I am so glad we chose this condo...

「Excellent property with lots of extras. Very much enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back.」

「Expect a 10 minute drive to beach club. Place was clean, comfortable for 3 people. I would strongly recommend renting a car for anywhere staying in the Flamingo area. There is a free gym to use on the property at the Reserva Beach Club. You need to use the plastic white card left in condo. This was not shown to us. Also beach towels are available to use at the club. Also not communicated to us. Special Places needs to become more familiar with property amenities. Saw lots of monkeys. Hiked....

「Having a basically private pool for our toddler to play right outside the doorstep made this leg of our trip unbelievably wonderful. The condo is in a great location, there are lots of lovely neighbours, the best grocery store we found on our whole vacation was just up the street, and the walk down to the beach was always fun and entertaining. The condo itself is pretty simple and minimal—which is what we were expecting, thankfully.」

「We enjoyed our stay at La Vista! Despite the construction taking place behind the condo building, the view from the condo and pool was absolutely beautiful. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 6 and had everything we needed to be set for the week. And the proximity to town was perfect as well. 「We loved our stay. Although we encountered an unusual storm it didn’t affect the stunning view. Excellent access to Playa Flamingo and Potrero beaches and activities. The home is modern and clean. Gorgeous. 」
