「A clean, well equipped, modern villa with lovely views and fantastic outdoor living area where you can step straight from your bedroom to poolside! Located amongst rural olive groves you will need transport to get to the nearest shop and restaurants, but they are just a few minutes drive away.」

「Huset ligger smukt midt i vinmarkerne og har pæretræer m.v. omkring sig. Poolen er den bedste vi nogensinde har haft i Grækenland gennem årerne. Dejlige værelser med tilhørende badeværelser. Basale ting som air con og vand virkede. Tennisbanen er også fint holdt, og det fungerede fint med at dele den med de andre huse. Det er nødvendigt at have bil til indkøb etc. Husets køkken og bordplads er forholdsvist lille taget i betragtning af, hvor mange mennesker det kan rumme, og vi snakkede med...

「We had a very enjoyable week staying at the villa on the beautiful island of Zakynthos. The villa was modern, clean and with everything you need for your stay. They even do a mid week clean and replace towels and bedding. The pool is a good size for children to play in or to take a swim. The town of Tsilivi is a 8-10 minute walk, we had a hire car so often drove down in the evenings for the many restaurants and shops. There is a small shop 2 minutes walk for basics.」

「Nicely awaited by the owner upon arrrival at the house, the villa was clean, the island has a lot of different beaches and places to visit, overall it was a good stay.」

「Had a fabulous family reunion at this property. The host did a fabulous job reaching out beforehand and assisted in setting up a private chef, boats and horseback riding. We had a few small issues while on property and both were handled professionally and quickly ! The chef was out of this world ( and did extra custom things once she found out we had one set of newlyweds and one set of recently engaged ) thank you Dimitra! 「Lovely property, close to amenities and a beach. Eirini is a wonderful host for whom nothing is too much trouble. So grateful for the lifts to and from the airport and a very generous home-cooked meal for us. Property is incredibly clean and we loved the pool」

「We had a great day the villa looks exactly like on the pictures. It’s brand-new, so it’s very clean and the location is perfect. Communication with the manager Anastasia was very helpful and effortless from her side. She helped us with everything we needed. We will be returning back next year」

「We have stopped in many villas over the years and this villa we would rate at the bottom. This does not mean that the villa was bad it just was below the average standard that we have been used to. The lighting throughout the villa was poor with several fittings having blown light bulbs in them. The bed sheets were too small for the beds!!Limited cutlery/kitchen items, etc etc etc! 」

「We went on October half term so 70% of the restaurants and shops were closed for summer but that just made it perfect for us. Empty beaches, empty roads and beautiful sunshine with traditional family run restaurants open. When we arrived Alexander was waiting for us as they asked flight time so no waiting around which was lovely! Fridge was stocked with some lovely goodies and the villa was spotless.」

「We had the most amazing holiday, and the villa was perfect in every way. Leo the owner couldn’t do enough for us and even arranged a meal at the villa for our first night. He also helped us with arranging a boat trip and was always on hand if we required any advice or assistance. The villa is ideally located with several restaurants within easy reach and is a short drive from beaches and shops. We would highly recommend Villa Belen, it is a must for a holiday on Zante!」

「Bravo」

「Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Apartments sind sehr zentral gelegen. Wir haben die Möglichkeit genutzt um verschiedenste Restaurants und Bars auszuprobieren und auch den schnellen Weg zum Strand genossen. Fragen wurden uns jederzeit über WhatsApp beantworte. Wir würden wieder kommen :) 」
