The swimming pool complex is under construction which we were aware of before we booked, however the restaurants have limited service We went to buy a take out pizza at 7:15 and was told there wasn’t a pizza chef working that day. "well appointed apartment. Good facilities - good size - and a fantastic view over the sea. Staff very helpful - particularly Blaze (sorry if I've spelt it wrong) who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Only downside is that bedding and towels attract an extra change - it's within the detail of the Hotel listing so important that you read fully and consider taking your own if appropriate."

"We are enjoyed our stay very much. The flat is ideal for 2 people and had everything we needed as well as being in a superb location. It is worth climbing the 38 steps for the great views of the beach! We found the bed very comfortable and there was no problem with the mattress. The only inaccuracy in the online description was stating that there was a hot tub (we certainly didn't expect one in this type of property.)."

"Very comfortable. Plenty of space in the well designed appartment. Everything easy and to hand both inside and around. The standard of housekeeping is very high and reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. We look forward to visiting again."

"Despite it being very low season and most of St Valery sur Somme being shut for annual holidays, we had a lovely time. We were aware beforehand that this was the case. We have stayed at this lovey Gite before and it was fabulous then. Situated in the heart of the town it has beautiful views over the bay and is a lovely cosy fisherman’s cottage. Great facilities and beautifully clean. The check in was as easy as always and we hope to stay again. Thank you."

"On arrival to Dormio resort we were shocked to see that our house was opposite a building site and also the rear of the property. This was not mentioned on booking. The images shown on the web site were nothing like we saw. The house itself was very clean, but to be charged 80euros for the house to be cleaned on leaving is a complete rip off. We were told that we had to put our own duvet covers on and on leaving, strip the beds, take out the rubbish and clean the kitchen. Just wondering what 80...

"House not very welcoming with chairs on table like a closed cafe. Also, bowls and cups had chips and cracks in them and a few not cleaned well. Saying that, host was very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions. Location was great and house was comfortable. You have to pay for parking on all roads but spaces right outside. Lovely area for cycling"

Close enough to the centre of Le Crotoy to stroll to, yet far enough away from the centre for peace and quiet. This made a great base for our visit to the area. A well earned break!

"Query the room for disabled visitors with walk in shower. had to go in the lift walk the length of the hotel and down in lift to access room 301. Very happy with reception who were very willing to change our original room to one with the walk-in shower.. my only query is why you had to go up along and down to access this room. Otherwise, everything perfect, thank you.."
